Should you have any queries we suggest you visit our Design Centre, situated in the Marketing Office. There you will be able to discuss any requirements with a professional team of Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers who are on hand.

Congratulations! You have a great piece of property on a sought-after development. If you are about to start planning your new home, please take the time to visit us at the official Southdowns Estate Design Centre, where our professional team, will assist you to plan your home.

The Design Centre offers an extensive range of professional services and was entrusted with the formulation of the Architectural Design Guidelines for the estate.

The following professionals are represented in the Design Centre and offer their respective services:

• Architects - DG Architects - design, documentation, supervision and council approvals.
• Structural & Civil Engineers - Civil Concepts - All civil and structural design, documentation and supervision with the emphasis on foundation design for all geological conditions.
• Project Managers and Cost Consultants - Centurus.

DESIGN CENTRE

The Centre will exhibit all designs, as well as products from approved suppliers of finishes, kitchens, sanitary ware, roofing, windows etc.

Being on site, understanding the Design Guidelines and consisting of experienced and reputable professionals, the Southdowns Estate Design Centre Team is ideally equipped to undertake the planning and management of the construction of your home, together with you.
