The Design Centre offers an extensive range of professional services and was entrusted with the formulation of the Architectural Design Guidelines for the estate.

According to the Builders' Code of Conduct, (Section 8) as soon as you have received approval from the Southdowns Building Committee to commence with building, you will be required to order the following transparent sticker as illustrated below:
